Art Interpretation Guide
Hello there!
Welcome to the Art Interpretation Guide page — where all your dreams come true!
Kidding :)
Well, maybe some dreams may. If you are looking for help on how to write a paper on art or just interested in what I have to say about the art of art interpretation, then you have arrived at the right place.
Welcome!
Now all you need to do to access the guide is to SUBSCRIBE FOR FREE to Art & Critique (all guide posts are made visible on your RSS readers). You may ask: if the guide is free anyway, why not just publish it for all to see, as you do with your art reviews? Why put me through the arduous toil of free subscription?
Well, there are several reason for that. First I want to be sure that people are really reading the stuff I write. If you are subscribing, that means that you need this guide, that it may help you and that you will definitely check it out and decide for yourself whether it was worth the effort.
Another reason is that I don’t want to mix the art reviews with the studying/teaching stuff. The simplest way to keep things ordered is to use subscription to separate regular reviews from the art interpretation guide.
And there are other reasons which I am not inclined to share right now. Let’s just say that these guys and these guys asked me not to divulge everything yet.
Did you really click those links?
But HOW do I subscribe?
This is easy. If you haven’t heard about RSS yet here are a few links to familiarize yourself with this important Internet tool.
Here are a few links to FREE RSS readers. In most cases you don’t need to install anything on your machine. Just register and you are ready to go.
- Check out Bloglines, which I use to view paintings by artists I like and reviewed. Easy to use and manage.
- And if you have a Google account, then Google Reader may also be a good choice (and you don’t even need to register). Manageable, convenient and with a nice “discover” function.
- And check out this comprehensive list of RSS Readers and Aggregators.
